Exploring the island of Zakynthos!

Daphnes is situated by Porto Roma beach in Vasilikos, 15 kilometres from Zakynthos town and 12 kilometres from Argassi, the nearest resort. During the summer there is a four times daily bus service from Porto Roma to Zakynthos town, tickets cost about 2 Euro.
You can also use the local bus to reach other beaches in Vasilikos. Any information you need is available in the cottages.

Taxis are cheap and plentiful. ( Daphnes - Airport costs about 39 Euro. Daphnes - Zakynthos town costs about 25 Euro. )

Mopeds and motorbikes we can only recommend to experienced drivers as the roads are not very safe.

The airport is approximately 20 kilometres from Daphnes. At the airport are taxis that will bring you to Daphnes in 25 minutes at the cost of about 39 Euro. You can pre book taxi at www.zantetaxi.gr
