This information is then used to produce booking contracts, any relevant invoices, communication in reference to the engagement and information that will help with the booking .
We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide this service to you. Your information will not be used for future marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Following your enquiry, if a response is not received to our reply e-mail, we may send a reminder e-mail.
A period after that, your e-mail and any information relating to the enquiry will be deleted. This also applies to enquires if you notify us that you not wish to proceed with a booking.
We are required under GR tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) in connection with actual bookings, for a maximum of 5 financial tax years, after which time it will be deleted.
